David Meigs is a novelist with a background in youth outreach, specializing in ministry to at-risk youth and their families. Though his writing is enjoyed by all ages, his novels provide a unique, life-changing quality, critical for the youth of today.

David and his family lives in Seabeck, Washington, where he serves his church as youth pastor. Their oldest son, Sgt. Dave jr. (28) has served four tours in Iraq (Army). Rochelle (26) is the lead singer of the pop/rock group, Mismatch. Caleb (17) is a talented author in his own right, having already completed his first novel. Joshua (16) is a gentle warrior with a heart for God. The youngest, Johnny (15), has severe autism and loves to sing cartoon love songs to his mamma. He is a true gift from God!

As a member of the CFBA, David writes book reviews at his blog, NOVEL SPOTLIGHT (formerly the Curmudgeon’s Rant).  In 2006, David also had the honor to write as the character, Wilbur Hucks, at the fan fiction blog, Scenes & Beans, from the wonderful Kanner Lake series by Brandilyn Collins (Zondervan).
